WARRANTY POLICY

Every Cryotech system includes a minimum 12 month parts and labour warranty plus statutory consumer rights.

Your Warranty

  • Warranty Type: Standard Warranty (Included)
  • Parts Covered: 12 months
  • Labour Covered: 24 months
  • Technical Support: Lifetime

What is covered?

Hardware defects during standard operation are covered, including:

  • System not powering on
  • Random shutdowns and crashes caused by hardware
  • Overheating from failed cooling components (not blocked vents or dust neglect)
  • Motherboard and USB ports not functioning due to internal hardware faults
  • General hardware failure

If a part is confirmed faulty, we will repair or replace the component. Replacement parts match the original model when possible; otherwise equivalent or superior parts replace them with customer approval.

Exclusions / Not included

Coverage does not extend to:

  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushed panels)
  • Liquid damage or moisture / condensation
  • Misuse or neglect (blocked air flow paths, extreme dust buildup or unsuitable environments)
  • Customer modifications or upgrades (parts swapped, internal changes)
  • Unauthorised repairs by a third party
  • Overclocking or adjustments causing system instability
  • Software issues (malware and third party installations)
  • Issues caused by external power factors such as surges or improper supply
  • Theft / Loss

Our turnaround

Typical turnaround is 3–10 working days. Extended timelines may apply if parts require ordering, with regular updates provided throughout.

How do I make a claim?

Contact the company via message, email, or website with:

  • Your name and order reference (or proof of purchase)
  • A clear description of the issue(s)
  • Any photos or videos to support your claim

Simple troubleshooting steps may be requested. Upon inspection, covered faults receive repair or replacement. Uncovered issues (software problems, user damage, third party modifications) require approval before any paid work proceeds.

Packing and transport advice

Use the original box and internal packaging to prevent transit damage. Inadequate packaging resulting in damage may void coverage.

Data and storage

You should back up your data or remove drives before returning the PC. The company cannot guarantee data preservation or provide recovery services under warranty.
