How long does delivery take?
Our standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from order confirmation. That includes a full 6 hour burn in test and quality check before the system leaves our lab. Once dispatched, UK mainland delivery is next working day with a tracked courier.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Cryotech system ships with a minimum 12 month parts and 24 month labour warranty, plus lifetime technical support. Coverage includes hardware defects during standard operation, system failures, random crashes from hardware, cooling component failure, motherboard and port faults, and general hardware failure. Can I return a PC if I change my mind?
Yes, for stock prebuilts you have 14 calendar days from delivery to give us notice of cancellation, and a further 14 days to return the system. Custom builds are exempt from change of mind returns once parts procurement has started, but your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods always apply. Full details on our Returns Policy.
Do you build fully custom PCs?
We d and most of our orders are custom configurations. Tell us your budget, target use, and any must have parts via the Custom Build enquiry form, and we’ll come back within 1–2 working days with a tailored spec and quote. Note: once payment clears and we begin parts procurement, the spec is locked, post lock changes may be refused or incur costs (restocking fees, labour performed, SKU price differences).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Card numbers are never stored on our servers, payment is processed by our PCI compliant payment provider. For business and bulk orders please get in touch for invoice terms.
